At Devon Cottage Fudge I use proper good quality ingredients - golden unrefined sugar, double cream, butter, powdered milk, wheat syrup (certified gluten free).
Nothing else. No palm oil or shortening, no additives, no colouring.
And of course everything is Organic and Fairtrade.
