"The quality of the product can be seen from the ingredients used...we use only unrefined sugar from Paraguay, and double cream and butter in all the fudges. The extras are fresh Clotted Cream, white rum. real coffee, ground ginger and fresh fruit in the banana and orange fudges. We also have the alluring white chocolate coated vanilla. All ingredients are organic, of course!

The ingredients:
- golden crystal evaporated unrefined cane sugar that comes from fairtrade projects in Paraguay (www.floridacrystals.com);
- organic milk powder and butter for the wonderful creamy taste and texture;
- organic clotted cream and organic double cream obtained locally from an organic farm (Riverford Farm Dairies);
- vanilla flavouring is both organic and fairtrade;
- organic fresh fruit is used in the fruit fudges – bananas and oranges;
- the ginger fudge contains organic ground ginger;
- the coffee fudge contains fair trade coffee;
- real white rum from a fairtrade project in Paraguay;
For an even more luxurious finish, the vanilla flavoured bars can be coated with a high quality white Belgium chocolate - minimum cocoa solid content of 28%, and organic fairtrade of course!
No artificial additives, colourings or emulsifiers are used, therefore the fudge has a completely clean natural flavour.
