Thought I would drop you a line to let you know what I overheard at the weekend....... We went to stay with some friends this weekend.
When the kids had managed to play nicely for a couple of hours, Ethan was offered a reward for being a good sport along with his playmates.
The father of the house, who runs a well known and busy ice-cream shop, took down a box with a selection of sweets and some cellophane bags with fudge in!
When Ethan was offered some he took a bag of fudge, examined it with some suspicion and asked where it was from, the father replied 'Well from my shop of course!'
Ethan quickly replied 'But its just not fudge unless its Richard's!'
We fell around laughing and our friend said 'Well that told me!!' Out of the mouths of babes as they say!!
Jeremy my husband just said 'Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without Richards fudge.'
Ollie, Jeremy's eldest son said 'Birthdays too!!'
Joy our eldest said 'Weekends too!!'
So its official you really do have the 'Chanter seal of approval'
